The amazing Dyson Airblade works by forcing air through two apertures, each only as wide as an eyelash, at an incredible 400 mph, and literally scrapes the water off your hands as you would expect a windscreen wiper to work!
The Dyson Airblade dries your hands in about 10 seconds, compared to a conventional hand dryer which takes approximately 35 seconds. The faster dry time and no energy-hungry heating element means the Dyson Airblade uses considerably less energy than warm air hand dryers. The exceptional Dyson Digital Motor incorporated in the Dyson Airblade spins at 88,000 times per minute, and sucks in air through a hospital standard HEPA filter, which removes 99.9% of bacteria, and this makes the Dyson Airblade the only hand dryer on the market which is approved by the Royal Institute of Public Health and the British Skin Foundation.
